What counts as a property?
Each physical location you manage is one property — a B&B, guesthouse, villa, or rental unit. If you manage multiple locations, each one is billed separately at $5.00/month after your trial. Regional pricing applies in some countries.
How does SMS delivery work?
We host your Room Showcase and Self Check-In pages — Twilio delivers the SMS link to your guest’s phone. We use Twilio because it can reach mobile numbers in countries your own carrier cannot. We charge a small service fee on top of Twilio’s delivery cost. For most properties, total SMS costs run well under $2/month.
